2/20/2007- Emulsification of omega-3 fatty acids may boost bioavailability of nutritionally beneficial eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by over 60 per cent, compared to non-emulsified oil, suggests new research.
