Welcome to Fatty Acid Trip. This blog is the culmination of months of research and discovery about the surprisingly remarkable benefits of high-EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) fish oil.
When my journey began, I had no idea it would lead to such a dramatic change in my– and my family’s– quality of life. Unlike just months ago, I now I sleep peacefully and awake refreshed. I have an incredible amount of energy. I no longer suffer from undue anxiety and recurrent depression. My allergies are significantly reduced (in fact, I no longer take antihistamines daily) and I feel positive and enthusiastic and full of life.
My husband’s joints stopped aching and my children are so much calmer and more focused now. They’re more cooperative, sleep better and just plain seem happier.
Seriously…
All from fish oil, you ask?
Essentially, the answer is yes. Well, yes and no…
