High-EPA Oil Now Available in the U.S.
Over the past year, I have evaluated a great number of high-EPA fish oil supplements. I was amazed at how loose the definition of “high-EPA” was, and found that the products out there vary dramatically in terms of price, quality and content.
Frustratingly, in the US, it is nearly impossible to find high-EPA fish with the sort of EPA:DHA ratios used in clinical trials. So, I took matters into my own hands and found products that best represent the latest research. The products below are pharmaceutical-grade and of the utmost quality. Every member of my family uses these products daily to great effect.

It's important to note that the benefits of high-EPA fish oil are not evident overnight. In my case, it took about 6 weeks to truly feel transformed. For others, it may be as long as 3 months. No two individuals are alike.
