Make a Difference in Fatty Acid Research

I recently had the great honor and pleasure of meeting Dr. Alexandra Richardson, Oxford University researcher and founder of Food and Behavior Research, (FAB Research) a UK-based non-profit dedicated to promoting, supporting and carrying out scientific research on the impact of nutrition on human behavior and learning.

Dr. Richardson has spent much of her career studying the impact of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) on learning and behavior and pioneered the famed Durham-Oxford Trial. Because Dr. Richardson believes strongly in avoiding all conflicts-of-interest, her organization does not solicit funds from pharmaceutical or nutriceutical companies. As such, it relies greatly on the contributions of its “members.”

When you join FAB Research, not only do you support ongoing and future research, you also receive FAB Research News - produced twice a year, discounted fees for seminars, conferences and other events organised by FAB Research and regular email updates about what’s new on the website.

(Note: Fattyacidtrip.com is in no way affiliated with, nor receives any compensation from FAB Research.)

To join, fill out the application on the FAB Research site. In doing so, you will be part of improving the lives of children and adults worldwide.
